H.E. Mr. Hisham Hassan Al Sobat, President of the Sudanese Businessmen and Employers Federation, and H.E. Mr. Saleh Abdullah Abu Kreis, President of Libyan General Union of Chambers of Commerce, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU), aiming to enhance mutual cooperation and promote investments between the two countries. A program was also developed to facilitate mutual trade, in addition to agreeing on establishing Sahel and Saharan States Business Forum in Khartoum- Sudan, for enhancing bilateral economic cooperation between the two parties.

          It is noteworthy that this memorandum was signed in the presence of H.E. Dr. Fawzy Abu Mris, the Libyan Ambassador to Khartoum, H.E. Mr. Mohamed Ahmed ALzain, Secretary- General of the Sudanese Businessmen and Employers Federation, and a number of businessmen from Libya and Sudan.
