In an effort to increase economic growth and towards balancing public finance, Bahrain has launched a package of major development projects, funded with $ 30 billion, including the construction of 5 new cities and new projects in tourism, commerce, transport and infrastructure sectors.

         In this regard, H.E Sheikh Khaled Bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain & Head of Ministerial Committee for Development and Infrastructure Projects, pointed out that this package of projects will contribute to developing economic sectors, achieving sustainable growth consistent with Bahrain Vision 2030, and hence strengthening Bahrain`s position globally.
