Under the patronage of H.E Prince. Mohammed Ben Salman, and in an effort to diversify economy to achieve “Saudi Vision 2030” by giving more attention to tourism and entertainment, Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF) launches “The Rig”, a project in the Arabian Gulf region, which is considered as “a leading global tourist destination” for providing plenty of tourism options.

        “The Rig” will be established on an area of over 150.000 square meters, and expected to attract tourists from around the world by offering a wide range of tourism options, including 3 hotels, international restaurants, helicopter airstrips, various activities and extreme sports as well. The project will also offer rollercoasters, race cars, and water sports, in addition to child- friendly attractions.
