In the context of the 30th anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan, and with the support of the British Company Gaffney Cline, the 26th Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan International Conference, organized by the state concerns “Turkmengas” & “Turkmenneft”, the state corporation “Turkmengeologia” and ES “Turkmen Forum”, has been held on October. 27-28, 2021, in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, with the participation of more than 100 companies, organizations and banks from 32 countries.
The conference addressed crucial issues, such as: investment opportunities in areas of gas in Turkmenistan, the future of world energy, modernization of industrial & technical base of the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries, investment projects, etc., through presentations and meetings with the participation of heads of oil companies, international organizations and banks.
It is worth mentioning that participants from Expo Dubai 2020 took part virtually in the session entitled “Natural Gas and Alternative Energy Sources- Key Resources in the Transition to a Low Carbon Future”.
